Enrolling in the Electrical Engineering Technician program at Laurel College of Technology has been a transformative and rewarding experience. The curriculum is hands-on and industry-focused, blending technical theory with real-world applications. From day one, I was immersed in practical labs that taught me the fundamentals of electrical systems, circuit design, troubleshooting, and safety protocols—all critical for a career in the field.

The instructors deserve all of the credit. They are incredible and do everything in their power to not only help you pass but help you succeed! Its not going to be easy but it is most definitely going to be worth it. Find a friend for support and an instructor who you can retain information from and everything else will fall into place.

NURSING

I had a great experience at Laurel. The teachers are always open to helping whenever they can. Ms Dewitt and her study sessions either in her office or on big blue button are the best!! The lab is equipped with everything necessary to prepare us for all different types of scenarios. In the classroom the expectations are clear and so are the consequences if they’re not met.

My experience at Laurel was nothing short of amazing. Coming in with no experience my instructors have prepared me for the field in more ways than I could have imagined. I would personally like to thank Mr Craig and Mr Doss for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. Their support helped me get through. Their labs and classrooms gave me hands-on experience that I would have not been able to learn something without.
